Job Summary

An opportunity exists in the Global Training team of the Assurance Division of Mazars; an international professional services firm, based at Mazars House in Century City, Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities

-We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate who is extremely accurate, detailed orientated with strong administrative and analytical skills. You will require a combination of focus and flexibility as well as a willingness to play a pro-active and communicative role by providing administrative support to the Global Head of Learning for Audit & Assurance.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma/Certificate or equivalent qualification
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a similar environment
- Enthusiasm and curiosity
- Ability to work remotely as direct line manager will not be based in South Africa
- Ability to plan, anticipate and time manage their own tasks as well as to adapt to new priorities when needed
Advanced proficiency in:
Microsoft Teams (including Teams Live Events)
MS Forms
MS Excel (Advanced level)
MS PowerPoint
MS Word
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-starter
- Ability to manage self
